The “Plasma” device creates a plasma beam by ionizing the gases contained in the air. Plasma forms between the patient’s skin and the tip of the device called an electrode. An electric discharge, called an electric arc, appears. When applied to the skin, it causes microdamage. The skin sublimates as a result. Under the influence of the generated plasma, collagen and elastin fibres are stimulated to rebuild.
